Abstract

• Nominal wage for labor / worker is the average daily wage received by labor as compensation for work performed.
• The real wage of the worker / worker represents the purchasing power of the income / wage received by the worker / worker.
• The real wages of agricultural laborers are the ratio between the nominal wages of agricultural laborers and the rural household consumption index, while the real wages of construction workers are the ratio of the nominal wages of construction workers to the urban consumer price index.
• The daily nominal wage of national farm laborers in December 2019 increased by 0.13 percent compared to November 2019 peasants' wages, from Rp54,650.00 to Rp54,723.00 per day. Meanwhile, the real wages of farm workers decreased by 0.14 percent.
• The daily nominal wage of construction workers (non-foreman artisan) in December 2019 increased by 0.11 percent compared to November 2019 peasants' wages, from Rp89,081.00 to Rp89,179.00 per day. Real wages decreased by 0.23 percent.
