• The category of goods that experienced the largest increase in North Sumatra's export value in October 2020 against September 2020 was the tobacco group of US $ 15.43 million (118.19%).
• Exports to China in October 2020 were the largest at US $ 103.32 million, followed by the United States at US $ 86.86 million and India at US $ 57.95 million with the contribution of the three reaching 32.19 percent.
• According to the main group of export destination countries in October 2020, exports to the Asian region (outside ASEAN) were the largest with a value of US $ 272.02 (35.29%)
