Human Development Index (HDI) of Tapanuli Tengah Regency has increased by 0.57 point from last year, an increase of 0,78%.

The standard of living dimension of the index is measured by per capita expenditure. Tapanuli Tengah Regency annual expenditure per capita reached 11.128.000 IDR.
