Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals Indicators for Tapanuli Tengah Regency 2020 are one of the annual publications published by BPS - Statistics of Tapanuli Tengah Regencyat 2021. Sustainable development indicators both socio-economic and environmental are compiled based on data sourced from BPS-Statistics Indonesia and other institutions that are adjusted to the Sustainable Development Goals indicators ( SDG's) which is the world's agenda that must be achieved by 2030. Sustainable development is a form of development that better accommodates the balance between economic growth, social inclusion and environmental sustainability.The publication of Sustainable Development Goals Indicators is expected to be able to provide an overview of the achievements of sustainable development implemented in Indonesia. In addition, it is also expected to provide an understanding of the various dimensions of sustainable development and its indicators and complex interactions, so as to advance sustainable development efforts in Indonesia.
The presentation of this publication is still far from perfect considering that the SDG's indicators have reached 241 indicators and currently not all of these indicators are available in this publication.
