Abstract

Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2022 is cost index describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to the reference city, Semarang. The data in this publication is obtained through a Construction Cost Price Survey specialized in building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental and hire construction services in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. IKK 2022 is main component that is used as a base for General Allocation Fund in 2023 fiscal year.
