Abstract

The implementation of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) aims to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and services in PST BPS-Statistics of Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The scope of SKD 2023 respondents is consumers who have received services from BPS-Statistics of Tapanuli Tengah Regency during January 1 2023 until the end of the enumeration period. The 2023 SKD results were analyzed to obtain information regarding consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data.
