Abstract

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) of Tapanuli Tengah Regency 2024 illustrates the level of construction cost in Tapanuli TengahRegency compared to the reference region for 2024, which is Banjarmasin. The data presented in this publication is obtained from the Construction Cost Survey (CCS), which includes building materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction services wages. The calculation diagram for the Construction Cost Index (CCI) uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), price per of analysis book Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and the realization data from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The CCI for 2024 is one of the main components of the formula for General Allocation Fund in 2025
